Would you mind testing Wine 7?  1833887428f7539681ebbc1c893a4ec85cc1ea88 fixed
an issue that I had introduced earlier, where TLS variables were not getting
initialized.  If it's broken in Wine 7 (and "fixed" by
a30a5287f06ccf56a1d7184e8c22ea9e79e9efaf), then it's probably some unrelated
issue that can be worked around by not initializing TLS variables.
