msi: Update ProductVersion property when applying transforms.

Silverlight seems to apply two transforms. For the second one the
ProductVersion check doesn't match anymore, because it is not updated after the
first one.

By updating the ProductVersion property this issue is fixed, but I am not yet
sure where the right place is to do that. Attaching an experimental patch.
