[Bug 39457] "for /R" tests fail when run in a directory containing spaces

Frédéric - Can you still reproduce this? 

I tried
- Running the wine tests under wine in a directory with spaces in (all passed)
- Downloading a .exe from the testbot and running it - whilst it had 9
failures, that was independent of whether the directory had spaces in or not!

Happy to investigate if you can get me seeing the problem
