The demo stopped crashing with the addition of the 138th icon to shell32: https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/12a6a58cca74ef35dd1ff06e75... If the game actually displays the icon somewhere, it won't be the right one because we're still missing some icons from 0 to 137, so our 138th icon does not correspond to Windows's 138th icon.
