Are you sure that you have not a copy of those include files (or similar ones)
already installed somewhere, perhaps pointed by some environment variable that
are taken as valid from winegcc?
It seems I'm able to pass critical point by activating w32api includes too in
cygwin, but I guess that's not the right way to do it.
