[Bug 10908] Wine slow to initially open a window

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. No network drives, no network printers. It
doesnt do it with winemine, seems to just be winecfg now... hmmm. I only
attached the kernel config because i did it myself, and thought it may be wrong
XD

Ill test some other apps and see
