I was unable to reproduce the performance regression between wine-staging-2.21
(CSMT enabled) and wine-staging-3.14, with:

Guild Wars 2
Intel i5-4690
AMD Radeon R9 290 (with Mesa 18.0.5)

Is this only an issue with NVIDIA cards / driver?
