Just a little update...

Reverting that commit cause xinput gamepad not more detect from wine trough
IDE.

But with wine 4.5 my gamepad is right detected.

Seems a regression in a regression, this commit maybe made for correct another
regression in HID gamepad detection but introduce a new regression in LC GoL.
