I tried what Sly suggested, but BIOGame/Config/GamerSettings.ini does not exist.
There is BIOGame/Config/PC/Cooked/Coalesced.ini where there is a MotionBlur option under [SystemSettings], but putting it to false does not fix the problem (at least not for me).
Is there still anybody out there who can help me with that? I am using Wine 1.3.28
I am such an idiot.... looked in the wrong directory, the install directory instead of in the user/dokument.
