i would like to say that the problem is between Wine and FreeBSDs sound system.
Changing to alsa fixed all problems that have been described here.
Changeing the title accordingly to a more precise title.
Please re-test with FreeBSD 15 when it comes out. A FreeBSD bug was fixed recently, where the OSS file descriptor Wine uses for audio was wrongly continuing to block, even though Wine specified non-blocking (https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=289441). -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
