[Bug 30116] Internet Explorer 8 will not run

Thank you, but that is exactly the command I used to run IE and then it
immediately crashed. Before IE loaded a dialog appeared, stating: "The program
iexplore.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."

In case it's helpful I attach the output of the terminal from which I ran the
command.
