mscoree:mscoree left-over windows

According to a test bisect, these failures happen when running:

  winetest.exe -c -o - -t foo mscoree:mscoree user32:msg

I think this is because mscoree:mscoree leaves a bunch of open windows
complaining that loadpath.exe stopped working.
