[Bug 33678] PSX2PSP Version 1.4.2 crashes with an unhandled page fault while writing out a file

I forgot to mention that the resuling EBOOT file is broken. (I.e incomplete)
due to the crash. As a result it renders PSX2PSP completely useless for it's
intended purpose.
