[Bug 16574] Turbocad 7.1 does not display dialog window properly

Still an issue. The dialog box "OK" button is off screen. I get around this
using <tab><enter> instead of trying to "OK" from the mouse click. 

.....and Steve's last comment about the lighting is still an issue....i.e. the
program will lock up if you try to do anything with the lighting when viewing a
rendered drawing.
