[Bug 37267] First run of Wine 1.7.26 on Ubuntu foo seems to hang forever

I still occasionally see this after having upgraded to another ubuntu release
(utopic). My feeling is that it has to do with the network.

If I upgrade wine on a system with no network or on a system with a good
network, I see no hang. If I upgrade on a system with a bad network, the update
of the wine configuration hangs.

As a workaround I am detaching the network before launching wine after the
package upgrades and it seems to work.
