YES!!!! That is *exactly* what I see! Not only that, I've been seeing this
behavior for years. I added a comment to bug 45361, and I will see if I can
duplicate it. We still play sims 3 a lot in my home, so I'll work on this a bit
and ask others here to keep an eye out for it.
