What if a Steam game requires Windows 7 to be used at least but I'm forced to use Windows XP mode because of crashing steamwebhelper.exe? Do I need to switch between WinXP/Win7 modes if I either want to explore the Store page or play a Windows game? Doesn't sound very practical.
You can also configure the windows version for each application separately. Of course the bug is still valid, but the problem you have is most likely something else. Steamwebhelper is currently blocked by bug 39403. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
