[Bug 15708] Dragon NaturallySpeaking 7 install fails with negative amount of memory reported

I'm now running Wine 1.1.7. (Same behaviour as under 1.1.6 though) I checked
~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Common Files/InstallShield/engine/6/Intel 32/ 
and all I have in there is ILog.dll and objectps.dll but no IKernel.exe . I
don't appear have IKernel.exe on my machine. Dumping the output from it is
going to be tough... What now?
