Still present in wine-1.3.34-166-g71199ea with:
ChromeStandaloneSetup-fd97ae50c8b5818d2cca9fe6606f1713d096e68a-2011-04-07.exe
ChromeStandaloneSetup-edaebf3a40298a4c929bfd40b4766f5d5a325a3a-2011-10-03.exe

Doesn't effect newer version of ChromeStandaloneSetup:

$ sha1sum ChromeStandaloneSetup.exe 
8b40fb27e7c5dfdef559d0f0669602925e01f222  ChromeStandaloneSetup.exe
