[Bug 54603] Printfil 5.29 fails to start and shows DISP_E_MEMBERNOTFOUND error when Windows version is set to 10

I set the windows version to 7, as I was told, and since then I have had no
errors, now I have the wine version 8.21. I also have version 5.30 of the
application. It may also be that one of the 2 parties has solved the problem
