[Bug 5786] Crash while using MSRDO in a Visual Basic 5 Application

I installed the application using the latest CVS revision and I was able to
install the application and start it.  I get stuck at the point where it ask for
a username and password.

Try using the latest CVS revision and see if you get the same error.
