OK, this is definitely related to dinput8 - after installing native dinput8
with winetricks launcher doesn't hang anymore, and we can change keyboard keys,
unfortunately gamepad is not detected with native dinput8 so this doesn't fix
the problem completely, at least we know where to search :)
