I just checked installed versions of Wine and there is nothing that shows "wine-staging". I had dnf (on Fedora) do the install of wine so I have whatever version that would give me (shows V6.8 release 1.fc34 x86_64). So, how would I setup a "non-staging" version so I can provide a response to your question? Don't know if this helps but, as I mentioned in a previous posting here, I am running this same version (V15.0.25) directly on a Win 10 (with latest updates) system and it is running just fine.
