Invalid. Not Wine bug. Mostlikely bad/improperly installed video drivers. Unless of course you running Wine as root. This nothing we can do there either.
My videodrivers are installed fine. I can use D3D in any application with perfect fps. Also, did you read that removing a soundcard helped and fixed it? Doesn't this give you a hint that it isn't the videodrivers?
