Fix for getting Silverlight to create the PlayReady folder

Ok, I've figured it out - the attached patch convinces the installer to create
the PlayReady folder.  If you've worked around Bug #31303 (or are running the
"old" Wine 1.5.9) then the attached patch will get Netflix to load up to 98% of
the way.
