Only if you REALLY know what to do, or someone who told you to do. For example i had troubles with builtin quartz.dll, i downloaded a new one from xp sp2 and tadaaa, it worked, i thought. But new errors occured and my whole wine had troubles, no game worked fine for me anymore. But you can use winetricks, "winetricks quartz" and "winetricks devenum".
