The issue is still valid. Component is most likely user32.

I noticed that you can take away the crash if you modify 

dlls/user32/win.c

//    WIN_SendDestroyMsg( hwnd );

from function BOOL WINAPI DestroyWindow( HWND hwnd )

Not real fix, but the issue is somewhere here...
