[Bug 35760] gdi32:font test_fullname2() fails on Windows 7 in the French locale

You might have hit it on the head. I have rebooted the VM and re-run the tests
and the failures seem to be gone:

So it does look like I forgot to reboot the VM after changing the locale. Given
that I'm updating all the other 'locale snapshots' to make sure they get a
reboot.
