Debug log with b84e112 with Windows XP (works)

Per discussion on the AppDB entry, this happens only when the Windows Version
is set to Windows Vista or higher. When the Windows Version is set to Windows
XP or Windows 2003, there is no crash.

I am attaching a debug log (run with the same +msctf,+seh,+tid) from commit
b84e112 with Windows Version set to Windows XP.
