I run into the very same issue with:
> wine --version
> wine-5.0-rc2 (Staging)
> sha1sum DMMGamePlayerSetup.exe
> 4426dda9bf7a29c70af51fbc1d412fc856f3e444  DMMGamePlayerSetup.exe
