Reproduced on Wine 8.16.
It is not gdiplus issue. It could be reproduced both with native gdiplus and
buildin gdiplus.

I found workaround:
- When you maximize window (click button at top-right corner), then the screen
is fixed. If you go back to window mode, then it is distorted.
