 * jre-8u51-windows-i586.exe  ... installer runs
 * jre-8u55-windows-i586.exe  ... installer runs
 * jre-8u60-windows-i586.exe  ... installer stalls
 * jre-8u77-windows-i586.exe  ... installer stalls
 * jre-8u91-windows-i586.exe  ... installer stalls

Last line in that case is:

fixme:jscript:JSGlobal_eval No active exec_ctx
