[Bug 30307] Memory Allocation severely limited when running wine executable via condor scheduler

i should mention: the same C code compiled for linux doesn't hit any memory
allocation limits whether run on the command line or via any scheduler. 

So this issue occurs with ANY SCHEDULED WINE JOB.
