Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks gecko
3) install FEMAP 10
4) wine femap.exe
5) click on Help

Behaviour:
Nothing happens.

Expected behaviour:
Help window should be opened.

Terminal output:

error opening location: Error stating file

No such file or directory

The file index.htm exists.
