[Bug 12163] Getting error while loading Corel Draw 12

Error logs

In Regedit I have added Registry Key under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Corel/CorelDraw

I added Languages/EN/DirName
                    /UIName

Now CorelDraw is starting up but Menus are not working.

When I click New I got error "Failed to Create New Document"
