[Bug 5285] IE5 or IE5 from Office 2K installation yields a message box, install process affected

The behaviour is about the same in wine 0.9.14

Using 2000 as version emulated the installer does not crash but it fails when it
actually starts installing the selected components. BRANDING.CAB fails to be
installed.

Using Win98 we get the same behaviour as on 13 which is the message box
described previously.
