This means that both 32-bit and 64-bit Wine were not built or installed
properly.

The documentation to build wine is not intended for non-programmers.

Please ask for help about building wine on the forums [1].

Also, consult Manjaro linux for packaged wine 5.6 binaries that you can easily
install.
