Lots of people on Reddit are reporting the issue as well; it seems to be very wide-spread. The problems started with the release of Agent version 8009; the previous version 7984 worked fine on the same version of wine with the same configuration. The workaround of replacing Agent.8009/Agent.exe with Agent.7984/Agent.exe and making it immutable worked for me yesterday, but I can't get it to work today. There are many crash logs in ~/.wine/drive_c/ProgramData/Battle.net/Agent/Agent.8009/Errors/.
