Sure,
You can download the application using the following link:
https://downloads.remarkable.com/latest/windows
and test yourself.
The installation is straightforward using:
wine reMarkable-3.16.0.898-win64.exe

Then launching the application will crash under 10RC1, but runs under 9.22.
