This will continue ad nauseum changing this, that and the other to no avail. There is however a fix ... if you copy the failing transaction and paste to a new entry ... the transfer operation will succeed ... you can then delete the erroneous entry. Now, unfortunately, this does not work predictably ... ;-( ... so this bug report is just for reference information and since there is a work-around ... not to worry.
