The default logs would have been fine. From your log: err:ole:TLB_ReadTypeLib Loading of typelib L"C:\\Program Files\\IMSIDesign\\TCWP14\\Program\\IMSICTRL.TLB" failed with error 2 Error 2 is ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND.
