Time for time mouse cursor freezes. 
Аppears around the black spot ( look in attachment).
At this time appear in the console:
fixme:d3d:resource_check_usage Unhandled usage flags 0x8.
err:d3d_surface:surface_load Not supported on scratch surfaces.
First meet of bug - wine 1.3.21.
