You have to install "pulseaudio" on both the client and the server. Then you can use the Client as the pulseaudio-Server and the Host connects to it. For Windows Clients: It is possible to install "pulseaudio" inside Cygwin http://cygwin.com/. Cygwin lets you run specific linux applications under windows. Sadly my network is too slow, so there was choppy sound when i used steam streaming at the same time (even though it ran smootly when running alone).
