Regardless of the container format - .mov / .mp4 / .m4a - it seems that it's
always encoded with what VLC calls

Video: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)
Audio: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)

I can upload a sample saved video, if that would help.
