They sound completely identical, with no elements missing from the song. Also, I opened up regedit in wine and found the vorbis driver registered at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32. And for extra insurance, I started a new project in FL (in wine), and inserted an audio clip instrument that plays back an ogg-encoded track stored on my computer. It played the track through just fine.
