[Bug 28486] Office Professional Plus 2010 install fails without machine.config file (does not need it on Windows)

Dear Hans,

I cleaned the .wine prefix, removed the Ubuntu package "mono-complete" (v.
2.10.8.1-ubuntu2), installed the proper mono from
https://github.com/downloads/madewokherd/wine-mono/winemono-0.0.2.msi (I see it
as Wine Mono version 0.0.2 in the "Uninstall Wine Software" list), but still
got unknown error during MS Office 2010 installation.

Any help please ?
