This path is not working properly (in game Fallout 3 New Vegas). Although it is better, but not the same as for version Wine 1.3.14. In addition (version 1.3.15 with patch), the mouse wheel does not work.
Are you sure your mouse problem in Fallout 3 is caused by f46bd50a806e3d3707bab3ed3649e107adca3630? Have you performed a regression test? The mouse wheel problem is a different one, it has been reported in bug #26313.
