It is still available.

$ du WinZip\ 6.7z 
616    WinZip 6.7z
$ sha1sum WinZip\ 6.7z 
3a3d2aa6ee643d4de89ccf1b4951a357db5a52d8  WinZip 6.7z
$ 7z x WinZip\ 6.7z >/dev/null
$ sha1sum WINZIP31.EXE 
bad718aa6cda4fda9499403be5782ac8b21496c7  WINZIP31.EXE

(Note how the disk usage estimate apparently decreased 4 kilobytes.)

$ du -b WinZip\ 6.7z 
627558    WinZip 6.7z

$ wine --version
wine-1.9.12 (Staging)
