[Bug 21791] 3D Rad demo "BeltBall" full screen display shows as tiny black rectangle

In git (1.3.17), the game crashes either in fullscreen or windowed mode. The
game displays "Could not open source 'progress.x' file", and then crashes with
the output attached. winetricks d3dx9_36 does not help.
