So I've tested the patch. It applies cleanly on top of Wine Staging git... I
naively thought this patch had landed in Wine-Staging already (since I've been
using the Crossover hack - personally - to get 64-bit support). However the
patch hasn't gone anywhere - it's just in limbo...
